Delicious gluten-free spaghetti.
As someone with Coeliac Disease who also has an intolerance to rice and SO many other foods, I thought I'd never be able to eat spaghetti again. All other gluten-free spaghetti has rice in it or some other food that I have problems with. This is just corn! Finally I am able to eat spaghetti again for the first time in ages! And it tastes like spaghetti and cooks like spaghetti. I'm thrilled! I simmer it for about 8 minutes after bringing it to the boil, moving it gently with a fork in the saucepan so that it doesn't stick to itself. As a Vegan I eat it with soya mince, tinned tomatoes with chives and chilli peppers and add a little Violife Vegan cheese on top and it is truly delicious. I would recommend this to anyone who has Coeliac Disease or a problem with gluten. It is such a treat to finally find spaghetti that I can eat.

Coeliac friend thought it was regular pasta sheets.
Made lasagna for friends one of which is coeliac but can tolerate some gluten. Didn’t tell them it was gluten-free and both thought it was regular pasta. Really great product easy to use and great end result, very 👅 tasty. Friend took the remainder left in pkt to order more for herself. Highly recommended.

Effective GF substitute
This was lovely, but did not taste/behave superiorly to cheaper (i.e. Tesco) GF lasagne sheets, to warrant extra cost. They needed more time to cook despite having adequate sauce etc.

Can’t tell the difference!!
This gluten free pasta has blown me away, genuinely can’t tell the difference. Not grainy at all, really lovely smooth texture just like normal pasta. Only slight downside is it’s pricey, but worth it.

Surpassed expectations
Served this to some gluten eating guests. The first thing they said was wow this pasta is so good, did you use fresh? I admitted the truth of the matter, and the pyrex dish was sparkling by the end of the evening.

So Easy to use, a joy!
First time trying this product after much frustration trying to pre cook other gluten free makes, with layers sticking together....This product however is a joy to use. I did 3 layers of meat mix, lasagna sheet and cheese sauce, topped with lots of grated Dubliner cheddar cheese. Dont overlap the smooth sheetsCooked for 45 mins at 180°C covered with foil. Then further cooked for 15 mins without foil followed by 10 minutes standing out of the oven. Delicious!Marvellous! Makes for such a quick lasagna prep. A pleasure, so easy to use.Just ordered 6 packets!

Easily the best gluten-free spaghetti, but be aware of he pack size!
This is easily the best gluten free spaghetti I've found. Unlike other gluten free pasta this is made with 100% corn flour, unlike a lot of other brands which use a mix of quinoa or rice flour. It cooks really well and unlike other brands doesn't go mushy or break up when you eat it, it actually cooks and eats like regular wheat spaghetti. Even gluten free pasta made with added rice flour makes me bloated and the pasta made with quinoa really aggravated my IBS. So for me this Le Veneziane pasta ticks all the dietary boxes and it tastes very close to regular pasta. So here's why it doesn't get 5 stars... The cost of this is really high made worse by the fact the pack size is half that of normal spaghetti. This spaghetti is nearly three pounds for 250g, you'll be lucky if you get three portions out of a pack. I got two! To put into context most supermarket brand durum wheat based spaghetti is around 80p for 500g and even a premium brand like De Cecco is 1.75 for 500g. While it's understandable GF products are more expensive, it costing 8x the price of regular pasta is a tough pill to swallow. That said, even with the excessive price this GF pasta was so good I bought another four packs.

Yummy!!
It’s really yummy! My only negative is the cost, only two portions for one box. Even if you eat small, unless it’s just for one and you don’t want a lot of pasta. I will say it’s really good tho!
