Worked Like a Charm
We used this to control our Christmas Trees on stage this year. I bought another option first and it didn't work as well as expected. This item... worked PERFECTLY for what we intended to do with it. Highly recommended. The only complaint I had was that the instructions were vague and hard to understand. But once we got it set up, it was great.

Good quality construction - but....
I ordered this for a specific purpose with LED bulbs. I pulled the instruction manual and immediately repackaged and returned the unit. It was listed as LED control, but did not give all the information in the advertisement that I needed to know. Once I read the restrictions in the manual, I knew it would not serve my purposes.

Features are worth the extra few dollars
I picked up 16 of these for a time-coded holiday light show and am happy with the choice. My event involved a lot of unknowns - sponsors provided over 50 Christmas trees which needed to be controlled as part of the show. Each tree is different (current draw, some of them with digital controllers, some of them LED and some incandescent, etc) so I did thorough research to get dimmer packs which would be most accommodating to unknowns and last minute changes. These did exactly that. Dimmers: The product documentation says these are "optimized" for LEDs, and whatever that means, I found that to be true. Even loads as low as a single string of LED lights did not flicker, and sending 0 resulted in no light. Tested with several dozen different kinds of LED lights and was not able to find anything it didn't work well with. Also tested numerous incandescent loads and it handled those equally well. The dimmer curve cannot be changed, and while it functioned pretty well (effectively getting low levels out of LEDs), it would have been nice to be able to select a dimmer curve manually to balance fixtures of different types with each other. Control: Through the menu, you can toggle individual channels between dimmer and relay mode, which was one of the core features I bought these for. There is a standalone mode but it only seems to have "auto programs" which are various chases. While you can control the speed and intensity of each chase, I didn't find a way to set it to constant-on, which would have been nice when staging power before DMX was available. Especially for the house lights. Had to work around this by placing power strips out until show control was ready then moved everything over to the dimmers. Chassis: Solid metal case. I like things that are built well. The bracket is part of the back panel. Take out a few screws and you can reverse this, and have the bracket hook backwards rather than forwards, so you can easily hang the unit on truss or anything else nearby without clamps. Buttons: They are hard plastic, rattle slightly in their place, and protrude from the chassis. It's easy for the unit to come in contact with something and accidentally press one of the buttons. It's a small gripe, but I would have rather seen recessed rubberized buttons that would be more difficult to unintentionally press, and provide a minimum amount of shock absorption to the PCB in the event that something strikes the unit right on a button. Fuses are on the outside of the unit and easy to change. While I have not blown any of them (yet), such is inevitable, and some cheaper units need to be disassembled for this simple task. They are an uncommon spec though, 250V 7A if I would suggest ordering some spares ahead of time. I got a pack of 250 assorted fuses here on Amazon for less than $15 which included many of the kind required... and everything else imaginable. Power cable: Is an IEC (C13) connector. Would have been nice to have Powercon instead, as I did have one work its way out after a few days of being bumped around, but at least replacements are cheap and abundant. Longevity: After a week-long show, I have 0 failures. That's a good start. Will see how these hold up through the years. These cost about 50% more than the cheapest 4ch dimmers but LED support, external fuses, and per-channel relay mode makes it worth the price.

Quality
Just what I was looking for for our winter light show. Easy to set up and operate and built like a tank. I only wish that it had provisions for anchoring the bottom as I have this mounted in a control cabinet and the only mounting holes are in the top.

Packaged horribly
I got two of these. They were placed in the box so badly I had to test every function to make sure they weren't broken. Terrible.
