Company has poor customer service
This company has very poor customer service. One of my remotes didn't work. I tried contacting them email, Amazon, mail, phone. They wii not get back with me. This has been going on for 6 weeks.

Excellent refurbished product
A decade or so ago, I donated my complete Wii set including balance board, console, controllers, etc. to Goodwill. Now missing it, about a week ago, I found this refurbished set on Amazon. I could not be happier. The packaging was top-notch. Every piece whether it be a cable or something larger, was wrapped. All of the items were securely packaged in one box. Plenty of bubble wrap. The box was taped well. All of the pieces work perfectly. Although no setup instructions were provided, I had a vague recollection of how I set it up before, and so it did not take me long. It is pretty straightforward and intuitive, in my opinion. I would absolutely buy something from this vendor again.
