Easy to setup and use, great quality.
No problems at all, a very good quality mic with both USB and XLR connectivity. Easy to set up and use, can't ask for much more.

Excellent mic
Works really well for voice work, it doesn’t pick up every little sound around you which is ideal for my use case. The mic is solid it’s built like a battle ship, really pleased with my purchase.

Works for what I want it to do.
First things first, this is not a professional quality mic. You should not expect to record studio quality music or podcasts on this. What it is, it's a very good quality microphone for this price. Especially considering it has USB-C functionality as well as ATX.

One of the best dynamic microphones for the price
The competitors to this microphone in terms of dynamic microphones cost a decent amount more. This sounds great, is aesthetically nice, comes with everything you need, a nice box and audio technica products barely ever disappoint. Fantastic value for money too and slotted into my boom arm incredibly easily. The build quality is also another amazing aspect.

Rubbish
Sound was rubbish in my opinion. I'm not an expert, but I get better sound quality from my Bluetooth mics I bought for a tenner, or even my phone mic. Even after getting as close as humanly possible to the microphone it's still really quiet. But it also amplifies the pops and any background noise, but not your voice. It's honestly bizarre and I've spent days trying to get it to work properly, but no matter what I do it sounds awful. Maybe it's incompetence on my part I don't know, but I can't find anything online that helps and I've tried so hard. So I can only assume it's the product.

Impressive
Not the cheapest but equally there are far more expensive mics on the market. I use this for podcasting and have no complaints.

Very good Dynamic microphone
Certainly there are better microphones, but they are also more expensive. The ATR2100X-USB is a multipurpose microphone that can be used efficient for webcasts, teleconferences, on-line gaming and any other similar activity.

A Fantastic Choice for Podcasting and More
As a beginner diving into the world of podcasting and voiceovers, I couldn't be happier with my choice of the Audio-Technica ATR2100x-USB Cardioid Dynamic Microphone. This versatile microphone is a game-changer, and it's designed to be a reliable companion for years to come. What sets this microphone apart is its dual connectivity. With both USB-C digital output and XLR analog output, it provides flexibility that's hard to beat. While many competitors offer only mini-USB, this microphone goes the extra mile, offering the connectivity options I need for various recording scenarios. It's a simple but powerful feature that makes a world of difference. The microphone itself delivers crisp, clear audio that's a joy to work with. And when paired with a windscreen and a pop filter (both sold separately), it transforms into a radio-quality microphone, capturing every nuance of your voice. Whether you're podcasting, recording voiceovers, or engaging in any content creation, this microphone truly shines. The package comes with both XLR and USB-C cables, making setup a breeze, and the not so sturdy tripod desk stand with folding legs is a practical addition, albeit not very useful for my studio. It's easy to transport, if you were doing a mobile recording or voiceover job, it would work. I have been particularly impressed by the sound quality. The cardioid polar pattern reduces unwanted sounds from the sides and rear, enhancing the isolation of the desired sound source. Now, let's talk about the downsides. It would have been great if a windscreen was included in the package, as it's an essential accessory for minimizing plosives and improving audio quality. Additionally, the stand, while functional, could be more stable. It might wobble a bit, especially if you're working in a busy environment. In summary, the Audio-Technica ATR2100x-USB Dynamic Microphone is a fantastic choice for anyone starting a podcast or diving into voiceovers. Its exceptional audio quality, dual connectivity, and ease of setup make it an ideal choice for beginners and a valuable tool for professionals. Just remember to invest in a windscreen, and you'll be well on your way to creating top-notch audio content. This microphone is a sound investment for anyone passionate about recording and podcasting.

I love the way this mic sounds. It's almost perfect for karaoke but...
This mic is great. My AT2005 USB recently stopped working but I liked the sound and features so much I kinda didn't want to take a chance with an off brand so I bought this one. The mic is great it's a huge improvement over the 2005 but, the in line monitoring in USB mode is too loud and not adjustable. The volume control only adjust the overall volume of the device you're using, so the feedback (though tolerable) isn't adjustable. I'm using it for online Kareoke (smule) via my phone. It plugs directly into the USB-C port on my Android phone and works fine.the phone sees it as a headset & mic. It's a good purchase and I'm happy with it overall. For some reason the Amazon description says it needs a lithium ion battery, this is not true. Update: if you pair this mic with a good preamp (where you can adjust the gain) using xlr, it’s fantastic. I can even use it in a noisy environment and ,as long as the gain is adjusted, it offers excellent noise rejection.
