Was a little dubious as seemed rather cheap. My ear piercing keeps closing up so I wanted it re-pierced. Quite expensive to get done and I stumbled across these by accident.On arrival I was a little worried but read the instructions from the reviews (the don't come with the product). Went to bathroom, lined up and pressed. Voila! Pierced ear ... in the wrong place! It is really difficult to line it up using a mirror. I took the stud out of left ear and put it in my right (didn't need re-piercing). Called for assistance.Had assistant line up and keep it still while I pressed the button. Now have a happily pierced ear.Very little pain and almost no blood.The studs are really sharp but they are actually quite pretty. The ones I had were a light blue.As it was a pack of 4, I have 2 spares now with nowhere I want to pierce.A real money saver for piercing.

First of all, these studs didn't come with any sterilizing pads. like the others I bought. I'd have got the ones I got before but there were too many, I only needed another two as I decided my lobes could take one more each - the extras are being kept for my partner. The mystery here is that, instead of getting sterilising pads, I got a plastic bag which said "free keychain" but in actuality contained about 20 tiny plastic bags with tiny little transparent fibres. What the hell they're for, I've no idea, the don't look like any keyring I've ever seen! I'd much rather have had the sterilising pads!But, ok. I still had a couple of sterilising pads left from the first lot I got so one of those sufficed for the studs and two ears. Secondly, I thought the first studs I bought were tiny - but they were just the size I expected them to be in relation to the picture, so that was fine. They actually look really good - the first ones, not these. These you can barely see at all! This lot use the same images to advertise but the studs were a fraction the size!!! Fine, I'm only using them to make the holes, but really, this isn't right. Hence 2 stars off.I still needed assistance to actually pierce the ears as there's no way you can do it yourself as your hand and the machine gets in the way when attempting to use the mirror to line up the stabby point of the earring with the dot I'd made. But they're in and hopefully will last the 8 weeks they're supposed to (they are extremely tiny and flimsy, I could barely see them in my ear until a little flash of light caught the dust mote sized zircon!Still, all I want from them is the piercing so hopefully I'll be able to grab them and rotate them without a magnifying glass!

I used two. One worked perfectly and the other was hanging off my ear half inside. When I pulled it back out I noticed the back was not inline with the front so every painful time I tried to push it in it wasn’t able to break fully through because it didn’t align with the whole in the earring back. Eventually had to push it through myself. Very pretty. Maybe check before using that it actually aligns

Did a few piercings with them and it worked fine.

Ordered these on a whim , I was really surprised how effective they are once I plucked up the courage that is. First one I re- pierced some healed up holes. 2nd ones I pierced upper ear.The top two, upper ear ,on both pic's are the ones I pierced with the product.I was expecting that to be more difficult & painful but I was happily surprised. Got through thicker cartlige easy.Wasn't sure what the plastic bits were for in the kit mind, I couldn't figure that one out as no instructions.I YouTubed a video on how to use before I did them.Which I'd recommend.

This was value for money it was quick and easy I got this because my 12 yr old daughter and I wanted to do it a home it did it’s job I would get it again.

Very quick and easy to use. Very little pain. Lovely small jewel for subtle sparkle. Would recommend.
