Can you elaborate why mg kept low and zinc and b6 overboosted ?

Zinc and magnesium  are metallic  salts this their safe use in right dose is always our priority.

One rule  of health supplement  that we follow is never overdose any ingredients.

Vitamin b6  that we use is pyridoxine 5 phosphate which  is active form. Pyridoxine  hcl is inactive form.

Active form P5P does not require conversion by enzyme pathway in body for cells to utilize,  in addition, vitamin b6 is vital for nerve functioning,  metabolism and body's melatonin  production, thus keeping melatonin  levels in check to help you sleep and relax.

Also since Pyrodixal 5 phosphate  is water soluble vitamin, excess is always excreted in urine. This the safety parameters of all water soluble vitamins like b complex vitamins and vitamin c are safe even at high doses unlike fat soluble vitamins .
