Extra convient boost in a pinch
This is my 4th purchase of the product. It goes down easily, tastes pleasant, provides a pinch of energy, doesn’t upset my stomach with the smooth consistency and very convient to travel with. Not only for runs or working out, I’ve also brought it for work when I need to focus.

My go to
I always use caffeine gel while racing. (MTN/gravel bike) or on long rides. Works well. Cliff quit making gela so had to find another. These are closest to Cliff. No odd tastes, go down easily. Not too thin and not too thick. Taste is ok. Definitely doesn't taste like berries, bit none of them taste like what they say they are.

Very effective, but thick substance
These gels definitely help maintain energy on runs/workouts. My one complaint is the thickness of the gel is really hard to get down for me personally. I don’t mind this flavor either, but will try another flavor after as this is not my favorite. Overall, very good gel!
