Can a normal size camping chair fit underneath?

we used the umbrella standing up and were able to fit 4 camp chairs under it. in the leaning over position you would be limited to 2 camp chairs due to the pole.

First of all this umbrella is 9 foot in diameter. When folded up and unit is in package. It’s approximately 6 inches by 4.5 feet tall.
