Very poor quality foam washer attachement will not last 5 minutes
product arrived very poorly packaged and with no instructions albeit very easy to work out.the sponge attachment is very thin and there is no written information to say if you can replace this and if you can where you get a replacement from as it does not appear to be of very good quality and will not last very long.very disapointing

Best pole bought by far.
Tried other poles but were flimsy and the head kept screwing off. So down bit more in this product and it’s excellent. The pole is sturdy at length and the water jets are brilliant: the fact the hose isn’t attached directly to the pole itself is brilliant as ones that are just snap off while in use. Cleaned my upstairs window above my conservatory with ease as it’s hard to reach. Also cleaned my guttering which is pearly white again. Thoroughly recommend this product.

A good product but has a design flaw.
A very good product and definitely does the trick. However, the clear pipe which attaches to the hose pipe came off lots of times whilst in use. This was inconvenient as I had to stop each time to reattach it whilst the hose was spurting water everywhere. This should be made more secure to withstand the force of the water from the hose.

Very Disappointed
Arrived during lockdown damaged. Emailed Domestic Cleaning Poles UK who never replied.The product is advertised as 12' but is actually 3mtrs which is not tall enough to reach upper windows!I asked if they could replace the bottom pole or if there was an extension available. No reply.Seemingly another problem with retro fitting an extension would have been the fact that yet again they advertise the product being supplied with 6mtrs of 8mm pipe where in fact it's less than 5.The solution would be to use a ladder to reach the top of the upstairs windows but doesn't that defeat the object.

Bought this to clean a dirty conservatory roof. I have used it once and it did as good a job as I expected. It was easy to set up and attach to hose with standard connector. I squirted some detergent onto the roof panels before starting to brush. The water coming through the brush head created a good soapy lather to help remove moss and dirt. The brush is fairly soft so needed going over a few times but better than scratching glass. The pole was good and sturdy and I found easy to hold. So far I am very pleased with it. Time will tell on the durability but I will not need to use it too often.

Great Brush For Cleaning my Conservatory Roof
This brush is brilliant for cleaning my conservatory roof.It is easy to use, lightweight and long enough to clean the whole roof.The best part is the fact that it has its own small tube to connect to my hose pipe. Previous brushed had the hose pipe connected to the brush end. This resulted in the connection on the brush breaking off.

Not quite a brush
We bought this product essentially to clean the top windows off the house unfortunately the brush isn't a brush but some type of sponge, 😂 , no worries we attached our own brush and 'voila' it works

Very Good
I’m not a window cleaner, I bought this as we have a lean to type sun deck on the house we bought nearly two yrs ago, needed something to clean the roof. But I will use to clean the windows to, the only thing I would have liked is for there to be a stiffer brush head, other than that with the squeegee part helped me scrap the roof. So that’s why not got a full 5 out of 5 but definitely 5 3/4 👍👍👍👍
