What is tallest height from seat to floor?

21 inches floor to seat at the tallest setting. My husband is 6'1", has knee and back issues from a serious accident, and is able to rise from it very easily. The hand rails give him more stability and assist than a wall grab bar.

Where is this chair made?

The gray color doesn't ship from China so that's a lie. I'm a prime member and it says delivery I'm two days, I'm not sure what the reviewers are talking about maybe it's the color they chose to purchase.

Is the back if the stool adjustable ?

The back of the chair has adjustments for depth of moving the back away from the chair and also for height using spring loaded buttons. The range of motion is not great. This chair is not fit for very large people or for squirming while trying to wash. It worked well for my 130 lb. 5'4" mother.
