Tried this on our spaniel who’s prone to yeast flare-ups and itchy patches, especially in the warmer months. The shampoo has a mild scent and lathers up nicely without feeling harsh or overly soapy. After a couple of uses, we noticed less scratching and redness, and her coat felt soft without that medicated residue some shampoos leave behind. It’s easy to apply and rinses out well, which is always appreciated when your dog hates bath time. Fur and skin looks clean, free from any built up - the paws no longer smell of Wotsits and their skin is definitely soothes after use. We followed the vet’s advice to leave it on for 10-15 few minutes before rinsing and saw better results doing that. A bit pricier than standard pet shampoo, but worth it for the targeted benefits. A fantastic option if your pet struggles with skin issues - highly recommended!

We were advised to get this for our Boston that has skin issues. Pros: It was helped smaller less inflamed areas to calm down and along with topical treatment bas helped clear up skin irritation so it seems to be good quality. It's cheaper than when bought through the vets. It also doesn't have a strong smell like similar products. It lathers well so only a small amount is needed making it good quality for money. Cons: it doesnt help alone when the skin irritation is really bad. Such as the time pictured.

We use this alongside the DOUXO mousse for our dog and the combination works really well together. The shampoo lathers up nicely and rinses off cleanly without leaving any residue. It has a pleasant mild smell which is not overpowering and our dog's skin has noticeably improved since we started using it regularly. Pricier than a standard shampoo but absolutely worth it for a dog with skin issues.

AMAZING.. saves so many trips to the vets. My american bulldog has severe skin allergies and recently had an infection in her hair follicles. I used this shampoo every 3 days for 2 weeks, then gradually tapered the showers down. It completely cleared the infection and her fur is now in the best condition it has ever been. I wish I had used this stuff years ago.

My vet recommended this product to me for my dogs allergy. He is a good vet and I trust his judgement and had no problem buying this particular shampoo at his recommendation. My dog already has cytopoint injections for his allergies and as the vet explained, you often need to hit the allergies from more than one angle to keep everything in check. Obviously, I was aware that this shampoo would require continuous use and that it was not going to cure my dogs allergies outright. He (the vet) recommended that i bath him about 3-5 times a week or every other day, which is not a problem for me as he loves getting in the bath. The only problem I have is keeping him occupied for 8-10 minutes after the shampooing is done as you need to keep it on him for that amount of time for the shampoo to work, before rinsing it off. It does have a peculiar smell to it, which I suppose you would describe as a 'medicated' smell but since I am buying it for his allergies, I don't particularly care what it smells like. It was never a buying point for me. Not that it's a bad smell, of course, it's just a shampoo without the perfume. The first time I used it it turned the lather orange/white. This was clearly down to the brown stuff on his skin which was a product of his allergies, coming off and into the lather. So yes, I could definitely see that it was working straight off of the bat, so to speak. After about 3-4 more uses, his skin became clear of that brown stuff and looked pink/white once more. It leaves his coat nice and soft and the medicated smell soon disappears after a while. It always reduces itching/scratching after use and I would recommend this shampoo to anyone whose dog has skin allergies.

Was recommend this as my son's bull dog suffers with bad skin and this seems to really be helping, makes his skin soft and smell so much nicer than sweaty dog, it seems to be helping his skin and generally improving his skin care, it's easy to use with the pump Recommend

Unser Hund hat immer wieder mit Hautirritationen und Juckreiz zu kämpfen. Nach einigen Anwendungen mit diesem Shampoo hat sich das Hautbild sichtbar verbessert. Das Fell fühlt sich sauber und gepflegt an, ohne auszutrocknen. Der Geruch ist angenehm dezent und die Anwendung durch den Dosierspender sehr einfach. Natürlich ersetzt das Produkt keinen Tierarztbesuch bei ernsthaften Problemen, als unterstützende Pflege hat es bei uns aber einen sehr guten Eindruck hinterlassen. Würde ich wieder kaufen.
