Like it a little better than my last tech21 case because the mute button compartment is a little more recessed. I used to accidentally mute my phone all the time, only to find out when I realized I’d missed lots of reminders and notifications. That doesn’t happen anymore. The only downside it that it is also harder to turn the phone off: you have to really mash the off button before it registers. Have dropped the phone many times without apparent damage.

I am a believer in these Tech21 cases, this is my 3rd in the last 6 years or so. I drop my phone often and this case protects it from damage. The only negative feedback I have is that the buttons are VERY stiff on the case. It will hopefully break in over time but they are tough to push right out of the package. Highly recommend if you are clumsy like me.

Love the tech21 Evo Gem case! Just what I was looking for as I had another tech21 for an older iPhone. Never a problem and always felt I had total security in it protecting my phone. I love the “stiffness” of the side buttons because I don’t accidentally turn on/off the phone. I love the smooth rubbery feel of the low profile case. Easy to clean and always looks new.

It is beautiful! I love the teal color. Does not obscure the camera like the iPhone 6 case did. Works for the iPhone SE 2020 almost perfectly. I have to push the power button a little harder to wake or sleep the screen than I am used to with the Tech21 iPhone 6 case I attempted to use before purchasing this one.

Ive used tech21 cases for all of my iPhones and have been quite happy with them.

Good phone case if you want something reasonably priced and sturdy. In the few weeks I've had the case, I've managed to dropped the phone a couple times (~4ft) without any damage to case or phone. I don't know what long term durability is, but I know other people with this case that have had it for a few years and without any issues.My only complaint it the power and volume buttons are a little stiff, but they are getting less stiff as the phone is used more.

It’s perfect, heavy duty. My 8 yo and my 11yo have this case. They love it, looks perfect and is against cellphones wars.

Bought this case (as recommended by staff in the Apple Store) after just getting my broken screen on my iPhone replaced. Initially was quite pleased as I liked the colour and it looks nice, however upon installing I found the on/off button very stiff. Whilst sitting at my dining room table looking at the brand new case and trying out the stiff button my phone fell out my hand, dropping about 2 feet onto a softish laminate floor (most of my floors are hard tile!) and the brand new screen immediately smashed! I was not impressed at all!!! Will be sending back and trying another brand instead!

Amazing cases, I’m a terrible dropper (2/3 times per day) these cases are slim, sleak and still protective. It will outlast the phone as this is my fourth case in the 6 years (I have spares and two phones). Brilliant!
