I was very sceptical about buying this, but after being in pain with my lower back and hips for 4 weeks and trying everything from stretching to a multitude of pain killers with little effect I got this. The product is very well made and the velcro is super strong, I put it and still I didn't think it was going to make any difference, I WAS WRONG, I think there has to be magic involved, within an hour honestly the pain starts to ease and with in 2 hours I was almost pain free, I'm an hgv driver and I put it on at the start of my shift, and I'm amazed usually I have trouble getting in and out of the cab and after driving for a few hours I can hardly walk, but tonight it was like the old days, up and down like a yo-yo on speed. I'm serious this thing is amazing, my only issue is it's not breathable, I had it on over a t shirt and I was sweating. But still 5 starts because I'd rather be stinky than be in agony. The price is fantastic and my advice is, if you have lower back pain get it honest if you get the right fit you will believe in magic after a couple of hours like I do.

Absolute GodSend My Backs Very Delicate I Had An Operation 17 Years Ago On My Back Due To Damaged Discs & It Worked A Treat & Unfortunately Due To Wear & Tear I've Now Got. Fracture Below The Original Site! And I Sometimes Have Trouble 😭Moving So This Belt Is A Life Line! And I'm So Grateful. Would Recommend This To Anyone In Pain Comfortable. Helps lower back pain but in my case hurts my hips, so I don't use it, should have sent back but never got around doing so.

The belts fits securely and offers support to lower back,comfy when on.

I hurt my back whilst bending, twisting and trying to lift a heavy box, all at the same time. After a week of pain and pain killers, I decided to try some support. It fits well, is easy to adjust and does provide support. It isn't a miracle relief, your back will still hurt. But it makes moving about easier. The only slight problem I have encountered is the hard rubber adjustment, on the ends of the outer elastic, do have a tendency to dig in at times. But all in all it does what I wanted it to do. So a good overall purchase.

La ceintures maintien les muscles lombaires atrophiés et apporte une aide lors des efforts qui sollicitent le dos. Le réglage est facile à modifier. Je ne la porte pas constamment pour ne pas affaiblir d’avantage les muscles.
