I was very happy to find high-quality coconut oil in capsules, and I thought the price was very good. The product arrived quickly and in great condition. Coconut oil is supposed to aid weight loss, but also helps individuals who have memory loss or wish to prevent it, and it helps balance your blood lipids. The capsule form is helpful in that you can take the recommended amounts easily, without having to mix globs of coconut oil in a smoothie or peanut butter, destroy it by cooking with it, or choke down slithery-slimy spoonfuls of it. This eliminates the problem of having your coconut oil separate into its different fractions and turn into a rock-hard solid in the fridge or go rancid overnight outsde it. I have been taking these for about 6 weeks and I like them. I didn't notice any changes right away and when I went on vacation (I didn't bring these pills) I had to "start over" to feel benefits again. However, with consistent use I noticed more regularity with my digestion and my very dry skin/hair was beginning to hold moisture better. I believe with continued use my hair,skin,nails etc. will be more "normal" and less problematic. I take one in the morning and one in the evening, which isn't super easy.. THESE ARE BIG PILLS! But with a full glass of water it is possible. I prefer this method over trying to swallow lumpy thick coconut oil by itself. I would recommend this but keep in mind, it must be taken everyday and give it time to work

This is a great product. I began looking for coconut oil tablets when my husband was traveling on a business trip and taking coconut oil along would not have worked. About that same time, I decided to try tablets for my dog instead of the elaborate stuff we had to do to get some coconut oil down him. Well, coconut was highly tested with dogs and found to be very beneficial. We see many benefits in our dog. He is my assistance/service dog, so his fabulous health is a very big deal to us. There is a book on coconut oil with dogs that explains how to use it. It is very safe, but you want to build up the dosage gradually. You also need to dose correctly for the dog's size. When I need to, I will use these, too. But right now I'm doing fantastically well with top quality regular coconut. It's great in my very pure hot cocoa.
