Is the tea smoky like some other English Breakfast teas?

I don't find the tea smoky, it is stronger flavored than most other Black teas. Not as "wake up' strong as Irish breakfast tea which I do not like.Twinings is consistent from tin to tin and I make at point of looking for it to purchase.

How many servings (based on a single teaspoon per serving) does one tin of loose Irish Breakfast tea contain?

I have a Mrs Tea and I do not measure very accurately. I usually make 6 cups at a time and make at least 8 - 12 pots from a tin. I prefer my tea a little strong and I use any tea in the pot after noon as iced tea. I also have a habit of mixing a little Prince of Wales with my Irish Breakfast. It is all going to depend on your preference, how you make the tea. . . by the cup or by the pot, etc

The description says the Irish Breakfast is a decaffeinated tea, is this true? The box is the image does not say decaf.

this is black tea, not decaffeinated. I believe twinnings does carry both black and decaffeinated. I did not see decaffeinated listed in the description I saw.

What is the difference between this irish breakfast tea and the irish breakfast tea in the darker green can?

I am not 100% sure, but I know Twinings re-branded/redesigned their packaging several years ago, it could be the old versus the new. Comparing sellers using both images, I do not see a difference via Amazon.
