Echinacea is a miracle to stopping immune problems.I have a ton of medical issues that compromise my immune system. This creates an extreme vulnerability to sickness constantly. I've known about echinacea + vitamin C for years. It's the most effective combo I've ever found (tried with zinc, elderberry, etc.) and this brand of echinacea is fantastic. I've ordered three bottles in the last 1.5-2 weeks because the entire family had to gather for several days unexpectedly and several were sick (with this terrible flu that's going around). I didn't want the healthy ones of us to get sick and I wanted the sick ones to get better. We went through one bottle and started on the second. By that time, the healthies were still healthy and the sick were almost the formerly sick.This is my brand of echinacea from now on.
