Q: Can i still apply the advantage ii after this treatment, or is there a safe waiting period? (i used the shampoo today and still found fleas)

I am a Cat Groomer of 30 years also, so you asked the right person about fleas. I am thinking you did not leave shampoo on long enough or get a good lather. You should be fine to put collar on. However I think the Soresto Collar works better. Also Frontline comes in spray (50 doses approx.) for about $40 compared to 4 individual doses for $50 that you get elsewhere. The spray is your backup if the collar fails.

Q: Does it have expired date?

Idk. I tried it for my 3 cats and all of them had skin reactions to it. Don't use this product.

Q: Does this kill the flea larvae and eggs too?

It killed my cat. She was dying on the inside from this product. Cats are very sensitive to a lot of over the counter things so I would ask a vet before using anything
