Can you tell many how many individual pieces in a 16-oz bag? Mahalo!

Between 35 - 45. Weight per piece varies depending on size on Li Hing Mui Plum.

are the plums inside each candy seedless?

No, each candy has a seed in it (which is what you are seeing in the images)

The picture shows a 16oz bag, why the description says 3 lb?Is the item listed here for 3 bags?

Yes, there are 3 16oz bags. I love these candies and this supplier had the best price per oz.

How much sugar in one candy?

I would assume quite a bit. The outside shell is a very sweet hard candy. It is like a sweet Jolly Rancher type candy without the fruity flavor.
