My watch is beautiful, I love it.However, it didn’t run so I called the citizen help phone for technical support. They were very helpful and even completed the watch registration for me since the tag on the box would not scan.More importantly he told me that the watch has probably been in that dark box for over a year. Hw instructed me to place the watch in direct sunlight for 30 hours to reach maximum charger. After I did this the watch worked perfectly.Great customer service

Love this watch. Only thing I had to do was to get some lengths taken out. It was too big for me.

Nice looking watch, but after adjusting the band the pins would continuously fall out making it worthless to wear. Sent back

Claim is this is a unisex watch ?!? Hardly?!? I had to send this watch back, which was a Christmas gift, and exchange for another. The watch isn’t unisex. It’s a man’s watch only. Unless you are an extremely large woman, this watch won’t fit you if you’re a woman
