The noodles are what I've had before. If you're new to them, they are a bit squidgy compared to normal egg noodles, but once they're mixed with stir fry veg etc I can't tell the difference. There isn't a particular taste to them, but there is a bot of a smell when you first open the packet. The easiest way of getting rid of the smell is either to wash the noddles under a running tap or put cold water into a bowl and drop the noodles in, I find the bowl method separates the noodles better. Once the noodles have been in a minute or so strain through a sieve to drain off the water.

Once rinsed well they absord falvours realy well. Great to use with a slimming app.

Easy to use nice to eat

It made me so sick that I wanted to throw up. My husband was ok after ate it but not me! Now I even feel sick thinking of it

If you’re on a carb free cut or diet these are amazing. You can make lush dinners and never feel like you’re missing out. I swear by them and couldn’t go back to normal pasta/noodles.

Unlike some of these types of low carb noodles, these taste really good. No horrible lingering smell. Jus tmake sure you rinse well before cooking.

I’d heard of these noodles before and decided to try them. So glad that I did. They are a great healthy alternative to noodles/pasta and very easy & convenient to cook. Love the versatility with adding them to sauces or just plain with baked salmon etc.

The preparation is not easy had to get rid of the stinky fish smell quality is okay cooking is easy good portion money is okay but the taste is very bland
