I think this should be removed as a scam. The product came though the app to run it is no longer available. The QR code doesnt work. The website listed is not the company. DONT BUY

We took these hiking and tested them out finally this weekend. They are extremely accurate I could see exactly where he was and vice versa. Can't wait to get out on more adventures with these.

In short, the hardware seems quite nice, but the app takes some sorting out. Yes, you can do everything claimed, but there's a moderately lengthy connection process and then you have to hunt for anything other than a map, aka any communication (voice or text).

I bought it in February 2022. The first day it arrived Radacat was not available on the Web. The QR code attached with the product in the box also didn't work. No contact information, like a phone number or email available. So single point of failure, Website not available, nothing can be done to activate a product or connect to the tech support. Nex day the Website was available, but the product was not shown in the list of products and services. I sent an email to the tech support and received no response back. QR code still didn't work. I had to return the product. Looks like it's no longer supported by the vendor.

Great concept. Love the ability to leverage the cell phone for off grid communications. However, the app was difficult to sync, cumbersome to use, and requires the phone location setting, so you’re burning through your phone’s battery. Also, you pretty much need line of sight to connect to each other. Hoping future iterations are more functional (like built-in GPS) - this one is little more than a novelty without much practical use outdoors.

Don’t bother. Software is comically bad. No longer supported.

The product worked well for a couple months then one device died. Got absolutely no support. To make matters worst the APP is no longer available in the APP Store. Do not buy!

Cannot access software for these devices. I have tried contacting the company by phone, email, messenger, linked in and have got no where. If anyone can help please do !!! The devices are awesome exactly what we wanted but where is the support?
