Beautiful colour, light weight, easy to clean, non stick....With this sauce pan, use as little oil as possible and the outcome is beautiful. I have tried it with fry egg, used 2 small pea size drops of oil to see if it will stick on pan (owned a few so called non stick pan and failed with eggs), personally I loved the outcome. I used it as one pot for everything when cooking for myself, from frying eggs to melt chocolate for baking.The only thing that you need to bear in mind is that always use medium heat. According to instruction booklet, it will damage your pan if using high heat.

It’s a very nice pan, lightweight and the non-stick properties are great. However, it’s very poor if you have an induction hob & I did some comparison tests before writing this review. 1 pint of water takes 4-5 minutes to boil, whereas our heavier induction pans take about 2 minutes. Bought it because my wife’s daily porridge stuck to the pan she was using, but it’s too slow & she’s gone back to the old one for me to wash up!

Hi there, I have used this pan a few times and given it the benefit of the doubt but it really is no use for induction hobs, it just does not boil. I have now read the reviews which I should have done previously and it seems this is a common problemToo late for me to return now but really not fit for purpose and your advertising should be changed.Many thanks

Bit weird really. First time I used it to boil milk to make yogurt I got a thick layer of skin from the bottom, when stirring, three times. I'm frightened to use it again incase I am doing something wrong and it goes wrong again. Should have sent it back, really, but not certain if it was my fault or not.

The color is very beautiful and the coating is quite thick. The coating did not come off after so long use. The edges of the pan are also easy to clean. I like it.

This is a nice pan. However, my Miele induction hob didn't like it! It took ages for anything to heat up. Also it made strange noises on the induction.

This is a lovely pan which cooks really well and looks lovely. The lid knob does get a little hot but I am delighted to have this saucepan in my kitchen.
