Q: Do these have any arch support? My arches cant handle any kind of support.

Minimal arch support with the standard insole. I purchased custom insoles that I swapped into my shoes. I love these for cross fit...but I don't use them for running.

Falls apart

Have to keep the laces really loose, or they hurt your feet. Started falling apart after about 5 months of moderate use.
