i've taken this for over a year now and my eyes seem to be much healthier. I'm going in for a eye checkup and will see what Dr says.

There is nothing that I dislike about Lutine. Until recently I had never heard of it. I've been battling glaucoma for about 3.5 yrs now. Had been to an ophthalmologist, had been to retinologist, all they did is prescribed eye drops and nothing was improving. So I took matters to my own hands and started relying on natural herbal type medication. By taking 40 mg 2X/day of the lutine along with a combination of herbs in stuff called NEUROPTENE 1 capsule,2X/day, which has bilberry, grape seed extract, and several other herbs, along with 240MG 2X/day of Ginkgo Biloba all of them designed to help relieve the pressure in the eyes that causes the glaucoma. That combined with a new type of eye drops that was prescribed by my ophthalmologist. I'm putting down the dosage of what I take simply because this combination works for me. For anyone else, you'll have to experiment with it and see what works for you.But, I'm Amazed at how my vision is coming back! I sing, I was having extreme difficulty reading the words to my music. I've been taking this combination of herbs for about 6 weeks now and my vision is improving tremendously, I can now read the words again, and I'm even beginning to see better at night to the point that I'm going to try to start driving a little bit more and see if I can conquer driving at night again. So summed up if you've got glaucoma get gluten and do this other stuff and your vision should improve as mine has. It's a slow subtle process. Don't Expect it to start working overnight. Be Patient and let nature do what is is supposed to do. As I said, for me it's like just recently I have realized how clear my vision is becoming how much better my depth perception is improving. So try it.
