This cooler is excellent! Holds ice well in high temps (just spent a weekend in Las Vegas with temps over 100). We use this cooler for travel (perfect carryon size) and it has been one of our best purchases, perfect size, comfortable to carry (although on the heavy side when completely filled), we use it every weekend! The zipper is stiff, but loosens up with the provided lubricant and use. I can also say the customer service from RockBros has been excellent. We lost a chest buckle going through TSA, and after reaching out, they are shipping us a free replacement.

I took my time replacing my Yeti soft cooler. I selected this because of the sturdy zipper and color scheme. Loaded it up with 18 cans and ice. Lasted all night and the next day. Ice was still there! Handles weight well and comfortable to wear. The zipper may be a con to some. You really don’t need to zip it up in between drinks. The cover will seal in the cold. Just use it like that and bypass the zipper. Great purchase and handsome to look at. Lots of comments

This was a Father's Day gift and my son loves this backpack. He had the same one previously but the zipper wouldn't work any longer.

Only used a few times but zipper was always frustrating and too tight for kids to even open. It now officially broke and now completely useless. Keeps things cold but zipper design is absolute junk. now 2 weeks past return window. Spend a few extra bucks for better design/brand.

The zipper is extremely stiff to start - the provided lubricant makes an incredible difference. Have used it on two weekend campouts and for a couple of day trips so far. Quality and durability are very good so far. It does not meet the mfgr's claims on holding ice (but I never expected it to) that said, it did keep the contents cold and have some ice left after 48 hours. To get rid of the new plastic smell I filled it to the top with water and added baking soda - closed the zipper fully and flipped it upside down. After 12 hours it had not leaked. I am sure it will not hold that well in a year but was pleasantly surprised it worked at all. The baking soda also removed most of the plastic smell. I did a lot of research before picking this cooler - it is different and better than others that look very similar and it is a good value when compared to the abominable snowman brand.

Dumped a bunch of ice on Saturday morning and still has a little bit of ice on Monday afternoon. This was sitting in an air conditioned house. So it would be perfect for a quick day trip. Make sure to try and place items that are already cold inside. This will help keep everything colder for a longer period of time.

Love this cooler, I've taken it camping. With enough ice packs it keeps food and beverages cold. Great for errands around town in case you realize you need to stop but you've got ice cream in the car... No problem if it's in the cooler with ice. Add another stop, groceries will be fine.Also comfortable on the back and shoulders, easy to carry around. However I've not filled it with crazy heavy items, nor hauled around for more than 20 minutes.So far I love it, wish it had a pocket, I like to bring silverware and napkins along with for a picnic and I need a separate bag for that. There are plenty of spots to use with carabinier clips.

Bought 3 of these they are so good.There is no smell in this cooler, the main brand coolers smell like ammonia when I was going to buy one. Glad I went with the Rock bros for life. Great product! Thank you. Also the zipper and handle has been upgraded from previous version , it is great to see product innovation.
