Pleased so far - tough only have a few weeks. Unique and nice design here. Gave me all of what I need. I travel so I needed the capacity to boost my smartphone AND not have it confiscated by the airlines (this is under the max capacity allowed for carry-on). Have had friends get theirs (other brand and model) taken away because size exceeded limits. I also wanted the plug for iPhone and Android and this has both - one of the only models that does - as built in and stowable cables.It also has the two extra USB ports so you can plug I for other cabling needs beyond the built ins. And, it has the foldaway outlet plug so I can recharge in a hotel room or a business location if needed. I now have three different brands and models of these which I rotate around based upon needs. I have a really high output one too, that I always keep fresh in case we lose power at home, we can charge and use cell phones if extended outage or if you have an uncharged phone when the outage hits. Gives a "piece of mind". Also like the white color. Soft on the eyes. I use one built in to charge/power the phone and the other to charge/power the ear bud. Though of very different designs (one is lightning cable, other is micro USB), this device handles both just off the built-ins. Have not yet needed the extra USBs which offer the flexibility to use other cabling and connector types.

Dead after one charging cycle.This was the perfect solution for my wife who always seems to run out of power on her cell phone, but never seems to have a charging cable handy. Unfortunately, the first time she tried to use it (after 4-5 days plugged in and charging) it was dead. I thought I had done something wrong, maybe it wasn't plugged in all the way? So I tried again, same result.Great concept - poor execution?Sadly, I can no longer return this item...

I purchased this as a gift for a family member who wanted a quick charge power bank, we both liked the fact that the wall plug and charging cables were built-in to the powerbank. I found the idea of the wall plug and charging cables being built into the power bank to be a much better idea than there being seperate charging cables and a separate wall plug and either or both of those items getting lost. I tested this power bank by using it to charge my family member's iPhone for a short period of time, and I noticed the power bank was charging the iPhone quickly. I'm not sure yet how well this power bank will completely charge an iPhone, when I plugged the power bank into the wall to charge the power bank though, it started to charge as it should have. Especially worth mentioning was the excellent customer service I received from Michael K. Torem, the founder and CEO of Chargii himself when I had a question about how long the power bank holds a charge for, it's great that he's so involved in the products his company sells. It looks like things are working great with this power bank so far.

I researched portable chargers on Amazon and decided on this one because it had all the features I wanted in 1 device! I got it and it was exactly as advertised. It's FAST: very fast charging for both the phones and the device. CONVENIENT: very light for a portable charger; smaller than most phones; Apple and Android cords are attached! and fit into the sides of the charger. Unfortunately, mine defected after a week. I was mad and disappointed and made that very clear in my comment. However, I was immediately contacted by the owner, who was very apologetic and helpful. He more than compensated for the trouble - even more than Amazon's customer service would have! I am VERY impressed with the quality of the product and with their customer service and would trust them with other products in the future. \]vbhnjkm

I bought the Jolt à while back and really loved it except for one little thing.. The power prong was too damn hard to open. So I went to the site and emailed the support to tell them. Two days later I send back my old and get a new one with the plug-in prong that moves BUTTERY SMOOTH. WOW! The customer support was friendly and nice and the product itself is so useful it's crazy. Works on my iPhone X AND my galaxy S7 and gets them both from 0 to 100 off just one charge.. DAMN what you puttin in there lol. Highly recommended A++!

Solid, sleek design with some nice features. I love the body-incorporated plug, so I don't have to drag out another cord to charge it. The LED level indicator is a nice touch. We did encounter a problem with the first unit we purchased, so I contacted customer support, and received very good customer service. The manufacturer genuinely cared that it stopped working and took extra steps to make sure we were pleased with the replacement. And it was refreshing that the customer service person wasn't cheap, foreign phone support by an underpaid lackey who doesn't care about you or the product. It's an American-made start-up company. They jumped on top of the problem, and sent us a replacement unit immediately. I highly recommend the Jolt, not just for the product itself, but more for the actual support you get from the company. I've been burned too many times by overseas crap masquerading as decent products only to be left holding the bag when it breaks. Go for the Jolt though. It's the real deal.

Chargii portable chargers are amazing. I first bought one for myself and loved it so much I bought one for hubby. Kids kept stealing, because they love them, so I finally relented and got them all their own. They are SO worth it. I love that they have 3 full charges and charge fast! I love that we can charge our Apple phones but also our non-Apple products like earbuds or speakers etc. I’ve had mine for about a year and it works the same as when I first got it. Before these we were constantly ordering more cheap chargers, they were always breaking. I don’t leave reviews very often, but was thinking about how much I love my charger- haha- and decided to leave a review.
