I worried that my springtails won't survive shipping in summer time. I read lots of bad reviews about bugs come dead. This bugs come in nice substrate mixture which stayed moist the entire shipping. The tops had tiny holes, so CO2 does not build up and kill springtails. I had one problem. The person who packed my order forgot to include the bottle of food. I contacted the owner, who was very nice and took care of the problem right away. I got everything here now and ready for my new vivarium.

This didn’t come with any springtails. It came with a note say they will hatch within 2 weeks. It has been 2 weeks and there are not even baby springtails. If you’re buying this for a vivariums please look else where. You will not receive any springtails by ordering this. Also, there are little worms in the plastic cups… they are definitely not springtails. The first time this product came they were open in the box and the lady I reached out to didn’t help me, she told me I have to deal with Amazon and did not back her product at all. I got them replaced and now there’s a note saying they still need to hatch. So disappointed, please don’t waste your time.

I ordered the two pack 16oz cultures with food. Both arrived well packaged and alive. I could see the springtails moving about. Added one to my terrarium and the other is waiting for me to finish another terrarium. Very happy with the product.

Just got item last night and this morning opened it and fed them with food that came with them. I don't see any life inside containers and there are no directions on what I should be seeing or doing with them now except what was included on the listing on Amazon.

I ordered this because it was a great deal. On the description it says you get two tubs of springtails and a small cylinder bottle of food for the critters. When it was delivered all I received was the food bottle. No tubs of springtails as described.

My cultures are booming and now there everywhere in the container! Totally worth it

I tried to order this twice. There were no springtails at all. Says to wait 2 weeks if none of the adults are visible as there could still be eggs in the substrate. Waited… Nothing at all. I also recommend this company sends out the springtails on charcoal/carbon & not coco fiber/substrate.
