Works!
These work as expected. Only thing I hate is the liquid gel when it comes out of the box creates a mess & is sticky. That could be fixed by placing it over a piece of kitchen towel. Easy to use, I will prefer this over other options.

They work.
No more ants within 24 hours. We buy these every year.

Works well
My sister swore by combat, and I bought them and the ants were blasé about them. I bought terro instead, and the ants go nuts for them. I have 6 in the living room corner inside tiny boxes on large plastic lids (why don't they make some containers for pet lovers?)At any rate, they swarm the terro, but weirdly only certain ones. Unfortunately, they just keep coming, and so far, I haven't killed the colony. The negative that I don't like is that they tend to leak. I am glad I put them on trays, but it defeats the purpose of having a dispenser when the fluid leaks out of them. Also, they are difficult to open, and have yet to kill the colony.

Worked great for getting the ants out!
I had carpenter ants in my one window between the screen and the glass. I put one of these traps between the screen and glass and waited a few days. At first I didn't notice anything, but after a few days I noticed that they were beginning to eat the Terro and die off. After about a week there were a lot of dead ants stuck in the trap, so I threw it out and got a new one and stuck it in there. It worked right away, and after a day or so I even was able to see the queen and get her out. After about a total of 2 weeks, and 2 traps later I have no carpenter ants. It's been 3 weeks since I saw the last one, and none are in the trap. This did an amazing job, and was very effective. My only caution is if you have pets who eat ants (dead or alive) make sure your pets don't eat the poisoned ones! My puppy showed interest in a dead ant and that was when I realized this could be harmful to pets. So keep your pets out of the area you are using this in until you know the ants are gone and cleaned up!

Give it time to work
It was hard not spraying where the ants were, but hold off doing it to give these traps time to work. By the end of the second day, you could notice a reduction in their numbers. By the beginning of the 4th day, there was no visible sign of them. It has been over two weeks since I started using them and none have been seen. Its a good product.

Follow the instructions a d it will work
2 pack is what you need to get rid of ants. We has ants in our basement apartment. They werent eating anything but kept showing up. Used these as per instructions and less than 6 months later was able to completely remove the traps. Will be deploying again at the end of winter. No smell, be careful outting them down because the liquid is sticky and dries hard. Can be difficult to clean withiut soaking. A bit of an i sore but can fit under most furnature to keep out of site. You require a lot to cover space and regularly replace as per instructions so keep that in mind during purchase. Tried these once before with being more conservative and not following the exact instructions and the problem persisted so you really do need a bunch.

They work somewhat
They’ve been just ok for me. I have less ants, but still have ants! I bought this product because my sister swore by them.

Works, but takes time
Easy to open, but placement is the key. In some places, trying to place it near the ants' entry point made me spill some of the content, which is sticky like molasses. Took about 3 weeks of repeated application (used up two boxes) to get rid of the colony because a lot of ants die before they can bring the liquid back to the nest.
