First, the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is the latches can be difficult. I purchased this playpen for my tiny Maltese puppy. Admittedly, it is a bit of overkill but we have a 52 lb lab mix outside puppy which sleeps inside in a crate. I felt this playpen would provide safety if we have to bring our lab mix inside during bad weather. I also purchased exercise mat squares which I set the playpen on. My husband made a “track” base for the playpen which made the playpen extremely sturdy and would prevent our lab mix from moving the playpen should she jump on it or try pushing on it. The mats are waterproof and cushions the floor so that I am able to sit in the playpen and play with my little one without back or rear end discomfort. I would definitely recommend this playpen (and the exercise mats). Sorry I could not figure out how to add pictures or a link for the exercise mat squares but they mat squares were purchased on Amazon as well

Chewy loves it as much as I do. Safe haven for dog when they need it. Allows more space for a puppy to play than to be locked up in a crate. Flexible shapes, to fit anywhere. Going to buy another and connect them together when weather is nice enough to be outside.

While the overall product is not bad, what put a bad taste in my mouth right off was the fact that I thought ~20 pole plugs out of 42 were missing right off paper say you need turned out you need way less. Not a big deal but you think your missing parts before you start. Assembly was easy. Gate latch is a little clumsy and can be difficult to use, but other that, very satisfied.
