Very, very nice cello
This is my first cello but it is very, very nice. It seems very well built and sounds so nice. I would recommend getting better quality strings and maybe a better quality bow as well. Also, the tuning pegs do slip so ordering that compound that reduces the slippage would help a lot.

Great for beginners.
The media could not be loaded. The wood is very smooth. The sound is good for a beginner. I put some better stings on, bought better rosin, and bought a new lighter bow of better quality. I also had the pegs adjusted so they would tune correctly. You know, this really helps the sound. Especially if you invest in $200 strings.6 months after purchase. Overall the setup you buy sounds good and is worth it. However, the cello does need some work. (Pegs refitted, new strings and new bow and rosin, the end pin is short and if you’re 6’4 like me, it will need replacing.). Here’s a beginners video obviously after 5 weeks.

Color not what I expected.
A beautiful instrument but the color was one of the reasons and it was nothing like I expected and why I chose over others. But sounds good. Worth the price however the bow that came with it was not quality so I had to buy a new bow.
