What is the height of the nozzle? I am trying to set the fitting to the correct height prior to concrete pour.

The nozzle does not stick up. You set this assembly height with string lines from your form boards. Leave nozzle and cap off, cover with duct tape and pour your slab encasing the assembly. After cure, cut/pull duct tape and screw in nozzle and top it with the cap.

Where are they manufactured?

What is GPM output of this nozzle?

Not sure on gpm. I’ve had them installed in my poured deck for 5yrs now and they work great. They have *mostly* been in the shade, but the plastic has not cracked yet with regular kid and occasional adult traffic. The stream is .5-.75”. I could tell you the arch and distance but variables like pump up and full bypass or leach water feed make measurements irrelevant. They flow plenty to arch into a pool that is 4’ away with the nozzle set to highest position.

Can someone provide me installation instructions for a concrete pool deck??

This fitting must be installed prior to concrete pour. Or, you could demo out a channel to lay the feed pipe and back pour it/paver over the channel. Pre-pour, just draw a string across your forms to set your desired grade, and recess this to the string. The top plate will be above the deck after it’s poured. Easy business truthfully. Mine are on year 6-7 still perfect.
