Great design and very easy to use!
I’d been looking for a new electric toothbrush for a while, and I’m so glad I finally bought this one! I’m absolutely obsessed — my teeth feel so much cleaner and even look whiter. If you didn't know, electric brushes are less abrasive and work better in removing plaque than manual brushes. This brush offers optimal pressure control and 5 smart modes depending on your needs and what you're looking for! The noise level is very subtle, and the battery life will give you about 2 weeks of use! I really like that it is rechargeable, so I don't have to worry about replacing batteries. My mouth felt clean and refreshed with the electric toothbrush. The noise didn't bother me much. I would recommend this product as it does have a few modes to it, where you know if you are brushing too hard or not enough.

I love it.
This thing gets your teeth clean! Let’s discuss price first. As of the time of this review it goes for $199.99. I got it on sale for $99.99 with a coupon for another $20.00 off. I have prime so I got free shipping and after tax it came to $86.19. To me this product is worth it at that price. Is it worth two hundred bucks? Not in my opinion given how many electric toothbrushes there are. Also, I am not comparing this model to any other, I just switched from an analog brush to this one because I asked my dental hygienist about electric toothbrushes and they recommended Oral B. It has different modes but I just use the standard mode. It claims to use AI. I’m sure it does but none of that AI stuff for me, I am in the early stages of becoming an old man and I like it. I don’t connect it to my phone either, just use it to brush. It would be fair for you to ask why buy such an expensive model if I have no intention of using the bells and whistles? Because I am a sucker for a good deal. Despite the old man creeping into me I am still somewhat undisciplined with my money but I am glad I bought this. It does a great job of cleaning, so good that when my teeth get a little dirty I crave using this to get that clean feeling again. Positive reinforcement. You still have to floss but this toothbrush makes no claim that it replaces flossing. It took about two weeks for me to get used to it but I didn’t find it uncomfortable at first, just different. It would have been nice for them to include replacement heads, especially at that price but they did not. You get one brush head in the box. Another thing to note is that this was made in Germany. Generally speaking German made products are of the highest quality. I have noticed some other reviewers say that this brush is not very durable. I’ve only been using mine for about two months but if others say their brush didn’t last very long you might want to take that into consideration. Oral B does offer a reasonable 2 year limited warranty to U.S. and Canadian residents. I like this electric toothbrush and I’ve spent money on far worse things. I am happy with this purchase.

It works fine, but..
I've been using Oral-B for years. The first toothbrush was in 2018, which worked great until earlier this year when I forgot it on a plane. 😭 I bought this one and have been using it for the last couple of weeks. First of all, the battery life is 11 days max. It doesn't get anywhere near 14 days. I wish it did so I don't have to take my charger when I travel for longer than 10 to 11 days. The other thing is that the AI is very much a gimmick they use to get you to buy it. Half the time, the AI is says I'm brushing a completely different side than where my brush is. If you're thinking of spending the extra money for the AI part of it on this particular toothbrush, I'd say save your money. I also wish it came with more brush heads than one. Also, I used to love when Oral-B had different heads for different things right out of the box. Please bring that back. 😭 I'm hoping this one lasts as long or longer than my last one. The included travel case is cheap and will EASILY harbor mold and bacteria if you put it in there while it's even a little bit wet. Oral-B, please make better cases.

3 Years Later: Powerful Speed, Great Battery, and Total Accountability
I bought a pair of these for my husband and me three years ago, and they are still going strong. If you’re looking for a toothbrush that actually holds you accountable for your dental hygiene, this is the one. The Real-World Experience: Speed & Power: The motor speed is impressive and hasn't slowed down at all over the years. It offers various modes from 'Sensitive' to 'Intense' and even 'Tongue Cleaning,' so you can customize the intensity to exactly what you need. Battery Life: Even after three years of daily use, the battery life remains excellent. We can take them on short trips without needing to bring the chargers along. The App & Ease of Use: The setup is incredibly easy to use. The app tracks your brushing in real-time, lighting up areas of your mouth as you clean them so you know exactly what you’ve missed. It really keeps you honest about that 2-minute timer! Fit & Comfort: The brush heads have a perfect fit—they are easy to swap out but stay securely in place while brushing. The bristles provide a great balance of softness for the gums while still being firm enough to feel like you’re getting a professional-level clean. Design: The charging stands are very space-saving and don't take up much counter space. Plus, the included travel case is perfect for keeping everything sanitary in a suitcase. Maintenance Tip: You definitely need to pull the brush head off and clean underneath it and the spring area every so often. If you don't, gunk can accumulate in the hole and it’ll start to 'spray' a bit while you’re brushing. A quick rinse keeps it hygienic. The Verdict: These are a solid investment. Between the app reminders and the long-term reliability, it’s well worth the price point!

Does not include USB adapter to wall.
I lost the Sonicare I bought in 2020 due to a mishandled airline luggage incident in Feb 2023, and liked the toothbrush well enough to buy another. Unfortunately the newer model is not a good replacement. Comparing to the previous model, the new handle is an inch shorter, the diameter is slimmer, and it's much lighter. I'm assuming they switched to a smaller motor because this new toothbrush does not vibrate as hard. The battery is probably smaller too. This cost as much or maybe a few dollars more than I paid in 2020, so I guess shrinkflation strikes again. The charger does not have a standard wall outlet plug - instead it has a USB port "for waste/environmental reasons" but if you contact customer service they will send you a free charge brick. This is nonsensical - a brick is obviously going to be a lot more plastic waste than a wall plug. And most wall outlets don't come with a built-in USB port, so we're going to be needing those charge bricks. This model has (at least) three user-definable settings, and a tap switch for vibration intensity, all of which are pointless: If you tap the power button twice within two seconds it changes the vibration intensity from "barely going" to "still less power than the original Sonicare had". A third tap turns the toothbrush off completely. When turning the toothbrush back on, it "should" remain at the last-selected intensity. Two seconds is an excessive timeout for this already-useless option, and I can never be sure if the brush will be going full strength when I turn it back on. So I waste some time pressing the power button and trying to feel whether my toothbrush is vibrating hard enough. Does that sound silly? It is! Now for the user-defined settings, if the brush is set on the charge base and the power button is pressed after X number of seconds: There's an "EasyStart" mode which is the default, it gradually increases the vibration intensity over the course of 14 uses, "to help you get used to brushing with the Sonicare". If you have bought this toothbrush with the intention of sticking it in your mouth while it is vibrating, you're not going to be startled by the maximum intensity. Pointless. I think I have disabled it, but like I mentioned earlier, I never know what the vibration intensity is going to be when I turn this toothbrush on anyway. Brush head replacement reminder: only works if you use the special "BrushSync" brush heads compatible with this feature.. There should be no reason for anyone to turn this reminder off. Also, the sensors which estimate brush wear (number of uses, pressure used when brushing) are inside the handle and should be usable for any brush you stick on the handle, but are deliberately disabled unless you buy the more-expensive BrushSync heads. Pressure sensor: Again, no reason for anyone to turn this off. All it does is pulse the vibration if you're brushing too hard. Update: my luggage was found and returned (!!!!!), so I'll be returning this if I can, and maybe get a few more years out of my original Sonicare.

Battery not so good
Replaced it once due to battery issue when under warrantee. Now, the battery level will suddenly dived from around 60% to 0%. Please fix this issue in your future products.

Sólo me ha durado un año
Después de un año a dejado de funcionar, un fiasco para lo caro que es. Es el peor cepillo OralB que he tenido.

No support from Oral B Customer Service
I only used the product for 6 months and it stopped working for unknown reason. I tried to contact to their customer serivce. But they told me that they can't help to fix it because it's shipped overseas. It makes no sense.
