Very Small to be used as pull up bar
The rod size is not big enough for doing pull-ups. It can just be used for swinging and fun activities. But no serious exercises can be done.

The grips are torn and damaged before delivery. The product is black color and not chrome as shown in pics. Very disappointed with the quality from a prime product.
