So Glad I Bought It
This is a replacement, and I can only say that I am so glad that I ordered it. It is well constructed and very comfortable. It is both easy to clean and store away. I highly recommend this product - even though I hope I don't have need to use it for a while!

Depth
I was going to return this as soon as I open the box, then decided to take another look! If you push it down it collapses and it’s actually pretty deep and holds a lot of water. It’s not as shallow as it look. So for anyone having the same thoughts try pushing it down.

Not a good sitz bath.
Didn’t fit in my toilet. I had to put it on the floor and then squat in it just for it to touch my bum, the bottom pops out but it’s too deep and if you put too much water it’ll overflow. This is best used if you fill it up then put it in your bathtub and sit in it for 10 minutes just in case water comes out it’ll at least be going in your tub and not all over the floor.
