Probiotic works well taking a strong antibiotic really helps protect my stomach

I will start by saying that in general I have to be very very careful with probiotics, as I am immune deficient in some regard, and also have an autoimmune condition (IBD) that arose as a result of the deficiency. I absolutely can only tolerate ‘histamine reducing’ or histamine neutral’ strains of probiotics or my immune system goes nuts and triggers digestive and skin flare ups... My two favorite strains of lactobacillus in the ‘histamine reducing’ category are lactobacillus rhamnosus and lactobacillus plantarum. Neither of these strains send my highly sensitive system into a tailspin, both help with inflammation, mood, energy, skin, allergies, sleep, digestion...the list goes on and on. The reason that I prefer and absolutely love this product (lactobacillus rhamnosus) is that it regulates my digestion better than lactobacillus plantarum, all other benefits seeming fairly similar. I’ve had digestive issues since I was a child, but they really took off at the age of 18 (20 years ago). In all of these last 20 years I have never managed to get my digestion under control no matter the meds and specialists and extreme treatments. It was literally wrecking my life in so many ways. I almost dreaded every next day, just from the unpredictability of how I would be feeling...and this was despite closely managing my diet and lifestyle for years and years now. I can honestly say that since I’ve started taking this probiotic, I feel normal the first time in 20 years. I am getting my life back. I don’t even know what to do with the free time I’m no longer spending dealing with my flare ups, but you better believe I’m going to do some fun things! I have used other brands of lactobacillus rhamnosus in the past without the same positive effects as this one, and I believe it was because most come in much lower doses. This 10 billion CFU seems to do the trick! I actually take 2/day. Once in morning, once at night. As a side note- I am a very small person as it is, but I started losing weight on these pretty quickly too. I have to assume it is from proper digestion and the overall reduction of inflammation happening in my body now.

Why do they say take with food. The medical experts I’ve spoke with say it’s best 30 min before meals or at bedtime If this is stomach acid resistant than taking it without food would be more beneficial I’d think Klaipeda has a 20 bil CFU taken once a day. I’m trying Allergy Research combo product called Lactobacillus. Both these products are cold shipped and subject to damage from heat. So far I don’t notice any real change with advanced daily biotic. When a probiotic works for me I get gas that passes quickly and feel relief. Anyone else tried any other brands of L rhamnosus or L plantarum. With good results. I’m using it for SIBO

Great product

I bought this product once before this and I was happy with it. When I purchased this time I was given limited pickup spots. The one I chose ended up being in the sun and very warm. This product is supposed to be kept in a cool dry place. Why can't they just deliver to my home? I have not used the product yet, but I hope having it stored in a warm place for about 24 hours will not harm the product.

Leider leide ich schon etwas länger unter einem sogenannten "reizdarm" Um meine Darmflora etwas zu unterstützen , habe ich ewig nach etwas gesucht und bin auf diese Kapseln gestoßen. Da ich nix zu verlieren hatte habe ich sie einfach mal ausprobiert. Und was soll ich sagen habe ja nicht dran geglaubt aber nach ca 5 Tagen merkte ich eine deutliche Verbesserung! Kaum noch Grummeln im Bauch und kaum noch Schmerzen durch luftüberschuss. Bin echt positiv überrascht.

si presenta con una bella confezione e questo non cambia il contenuto, ma visto che è compreso nel prezzo male non fa. Il prodotto è ottimo e con una sola compressa al giorno ottengo i risultati che mi aspetto. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo nonostante possa sembrare più costoso di altri prodotti che vengono proposti anche su amazon.
