How fresh are the tortas?

I've always received these in great condition...they are light and crispy. They stay "fresh" for quite a while, so it's like any other cracker or cookie, keep them sealed tightly, and they remain fresh

How many tortas come in this order?

It comes with Six tortas. However, I'd try to get them at a grocery store if I were you. These ones I ordered from Amazon were very stale compared to the ones I get in stores around here. They were edible but not nearly as good as they normally are.

Are these individually wrapped?

Yes they are individually well wrapped in a pretty paper. Almost like a thin cooking sheet paper. We love this product. Always have some on hand, for dessert or along with my café
