Can someone confirm if this is the prepared kava that has been dehydrated and powdered so that it will dissolve fully in water?

Yes! I dissolve it in my tea every day! Dissolves real nice! This is good kava!

Does this have to be strained?

It’s micronized kava, which means they take regular dried kava root and instead of a medium coffee grind, they grind it into a fine powder to mix and drink. With traditional medium kava a strainer is used to filter out the large fibers. In this case you’re ingesting them.

Are the 800mg capsels a good dose of kava, or is the powder better ?

It’s the same. I use both but I prefer the powder. I dissolve it in my tea ☕️. This is good quality!!
