Exceeded Expectations
Bought 2 sets for 2 Pothos plants. Rather than stack them one on top of the other I did 2x2 and then wove them in figure 8 up the poles. A little under halfway up I used a piece of plastic to hold the poles apart and provide more stability for the top. At different places, I used the enclosed velcro-like ties (cut to fit) and slid them beneath the twine to secure the plant. Only used 4 pieces per plant and there were 2 rolls enclosed per package. Plenty to use later on as the plant grows or needs more support.Easy to set up, simple to use. I made sure the fiber part didn't actually touch the soil to help prevent any damage.Arrived quickly, materials were undamaged and plenty of extra "tape."

Perfect for growing plants!
This 4 piece pole an a role of Velcro is perfect for growing plants. As the plant grows, the next pole sidles right into the one in the pot, no need to buy additional poles, or dig up the one in place. The green Velcro is the easiest plant tie I’ve used that holds securely and is reusable. I will be purchasing again.

Great until wood stake rots
Updating my review after a few years because the moss pole started leaning and eventually fell over because the wood stake rotted away! Luckily no damage to the plant. I’m using a tripod support now that’s more stable. I’m going to pry the rotten wood out of the stake and replace with PVC and use again in the future. Just something to keep in mind and maybe do before you use these!Original review: Super easy product! I picked this one because it came with the Velcro strapping to secure the plant, and I love that it’s stacking so it can grow with my Monstera. Not sure how sturdy the pieces will be as they stack together but for now it’s perfect!

Both me and my plants are enjoying these
Both my climbing plants and weak trunk ones appreciate the support that these poles provide. I like how natural they look, how easy they can be inserted into the soil, and how sturdy and secure they are. For taller plants, I stack two. they fit well into one another and provide the same sturdy support.

PVC won't rot!
I bought these poles specifically bc they're PVC, which won't decompose in damp soil, as opposed to the wood dowels that most moss poles are made with. I do wish that the PVC was tapered down to a point so that it could be inserted without damaging the plant roots, but for me it was an acceptable trade-off, since I was planning on bare-rooting my plant anyways and repotting from scratch with entirely fresh soil. I thought I would need both poles, but one ended up being sufficient for my midsize Hoya carnosa. I just wrapped the vines more densely up the pole for a shorter, bushier look.I ended up not using the hook & loop tape that came with the poles bc the color is such a garishly bright green. I wish the color matched the coco fiber of the pole. I ended up using some dark grey hook & loop cable ties that I had instead bc the color didn't stand out as much. I alternately could have used jute or sisal twine.

Good study poles for plants
So far so good. I know other reviewers said they experienced some rot, but I've had this for a few months and it's been fine for me. I usually avoid watering the poles when I water, and they stay indoors. My plants are slowly climbing up the poles and they are sturdy enough to stay upright.

Great for medium plants
I used this for my medium size Monstera. They were easy to snap together, and to use, the only thing is I wish they came with something to attach the plant to the pole with. That would’ve made things so much easier. My local nursery suggested using paperclips, but that wasn’t always that easy. All in all it’s a great value for the money and I would buy it again.

Smells like mildew
Compared to other moss poles I've ordered, these seem more loosely wound around the wood post. Also, they smell like mildew enough to make me push the plant further away while sitting next to it. Bleh. The velcro tape is good though!

Perplexe
Pour l'instant, je trouve que c'est très gros comme tuteur, mes plantes ne sont pas très grosses. Je réévaluerai lorsqu'elles auront commencé à s'attacher après le tuteur.

Good purchase
Doesnt stay humide. Dries within a couple of hours. I bought this article twice for my Monstera plant so I could stack them up which works great. Velcros are sturdy. The spiked go down deep enough to hold multiple branches. Its a good purchase!
