Hill's Prescription Diet z/d Skin/Food Sensitivities Wet Cat Food

Our sweet 13 year old torti developed IBS (likely cause). Probiotics worked for a while. And then they didn’t. She was vomiting most foods and had consistent bouts of diarrhea, started loosing weight and becoming lethargic. Tests showed no other issues. Vet provided us with a can to see if she would eat it. She did! We bought the wet and the dry food. Thankfully, she loves them both. The vomiting completely stopped. Diarrhea stoped as well, unless she sneaks some of her sisters’ food. (Cats gonna cat 🤣) She has gained back some weight and has her sweet, chatty, loving and feisty personality is back. This food is very expensive, but it does work and allows her to actually absorb nutrients. The hard food is half the price, although the 5 ounce cans last a while. Hopefully, if your kitty needs this type of food, it works for your fur baby too!

When I first opened the can I about puked from the smell!! HORRIBLE!! My cat had a really weird look on her face when she smelled it and she walked away. The only time she would eat it is when she hadn’t eaten all day and was starving. Even then she only ate a little. I can’t BELIEVE how much this cat food costs. I would rather change a baby’s diaper than open another can of this!! YUCK!!!

This cat food is great, it keeps my cat alive and has been his exclusive food for 10 years. I was worried about the timeline, but if I feed him anything that contains non-hydrolized protein, he barfs it immediately and would run out of energy, and probably die within a short time. Highly recommended if you have a cat with an aversion to raw protein!

It's a thick, gelatinous texture my cats don't like. I have to mash it up in water for them, but nothing wrong with a little more water, I guess.

This is an excellent product that has helped our senior orange tabby, Rudy, to recover from illness. It wasn’t easy at first because the food isn’t very tasty, but once I began to mix it with liquefied white chicken breast he has been eating fine for the most part. But I ask the seller to please be more careful as the last shipment sent was the wrong formula.

We have never had this happened before with canned cat food being delivered due to it being double boxed for delivery. This appears to be an issue possibly from the factory because the cans within the case were damaged as we'll, not just along the outter edge of the box. Let's be clear, I am not concerned about pretty cans. I'm concerned more about the lid remaining sealed due to the location of the dents and the creased lid in certain locations on the can. We still live this product.

Expensive. Requires a prescription. Kitty didn't like it at all. Returned for a refund.

Opera will not eat ANY canned food, believe me I've tried them all, she won't touch them... Except ZD. After the elderly kitty who had a prescription for it died, the vet let her have her own. Even though she's perfectly healthy 🙄 it's very palatable.
