I ordered this because the belts furnished by the gym are disgusting as they are used by all of the other instructors. They have the horizontal ones and I have noticed that they are all frayed, and the buckles slip so they end up tying knots in them. I also noticed a lot of the reviews on that particular type of tune belt agreed with this and that they are not ideal. So I tried this one and have been using it in Body sculpting, cycling, and yoga classes this week and it is working perfectly! The mic base fits snugly and perfectly in this belt's holder and it stays put because the opening at the top is stitched a little more tightly so it kind of "closes" around the top a little bit to keep it inside. The belt around the waist is perfect and very comfortable, I actually like it much better than the old horizontal style. I can also put my phone and ipod in it if need be. Good piece of equipment and exactly what I needed!

I am a musician and use a Galaxy Audio in ear monitor system. The problem with that particular model is that the clip always falls off while performing. This thing allows me to put my receiver in it and it never falls out or causes a problem. I am a big guy and had to order the extender - it was like 7$ and well worth it as well. My son also uses this to hold his Ipod while practicing drums. Brilliant product and good price and shipping.

I am a group exercise instructor and my mic belt broke. This one is perfect replacement. It stays on and is stretchy. I got this on recommendation of a fellow instructor. Great choice.

Works great and not uncomfortable to wear

PROS: Adjustable, soft, light weight, washable, it's better than just clipping and teaching, and it can protect the transmitter. CONS: Its NOT waterproof even though it seems like it would be. The sweat can leak through the fabric and settle in the battery case (remove your batteries after each use). Because the fabric is not breathable you will sweat more at the location on where you place it. I have to safety pin it to my pants if I'm going to be jumping / high impact moves. otherwise it goes up/down. I would recommend this only if you plan on jumping/ high impact movements/ dancing. Etc... I prefer not to use when teaching a weight class.

Fits universal body pack, durable fits good

Compared to all other brands and this one has the best quality. I bought 6 of it for all my studio couches.

I used this to hold my microphone battery for a theater production. Though the belt clip is a little bulky, I can not more highly recommend the product. Once you snap it around your hips, it stays in place except for a bit of sliding of the battery pack depending on the slickness of your clothing under it. I could have tightened it but wanted to be comfortable, and it truly is, so much so that I forgot that I was wearing it. Absolutely recommend, and I also plan to use it to hold my cell phone when I walk the dog.

Don’t get the cheaper one, just get this one. It’s good and stays in place. Wish I would’ve just got this outright instead of wasting my money on dupes that don’t stay in place.
