Q: Does it gives power to low power devices ? I have a led strip without battery. Can I use this item to turn my lights on or will stop after 30-60 sec?

I plugged in a heated vest and it did not work.

It charges automatically once you plug into the battery.

Q: How long will this power bank hold its charge?

It stays at 100% for a long time after fully charged without self draining if that's what you are asking. How many times can you recharge your phone at its full capacity? I would say like 3 times when your phone is completely drained. Personally I like it.

Q: Is this compatible with the Samsung s9?

I have a Samsung Galaxy S10e, but I would say yes it's compatible with the S9 because it also uses a USB-C cable. The power bank device takes USB-C or Micro USB as input, so simply charge it with your USB-C charging cable just like you would charge your phone. Then when you want to charge your phone with the power bank, Use the same cable but flip it the other way around (remove the wall plug part first of course). There are 2 ouput ports so you can charge 2 phones (or tablets) at the same time
