is there a step to do prior to the ball working? The ball does not move on my new tube and NOthing comes out!

When I first got mine, it was like that but I pressed and rolled it across my scar several times while gently squeezing the tube and it eventually started working as intended. You have to “prime” it.

My roller ball isn't working is my product old...? Or does the new design just not work.
