Yes, it is. Pants, overshirt and drape. It is actually quite attractive and nice for the price and I really liked mine. I have big calves and the pants legs were a little tight tight, but there was plenty of fabric to let out. I ordered a M, L and XL - am hard to fit - the pants all seemed the same size. The only difference I could tell in the shirt sizes was in the shoulders. M was a little tight in the shoulders for me. I went with the XL, which wasn't really very large. I am 5'5 and 135 lbs and carry my weight in my hips. Hope that helps!

Are the sleeves lined, or are they itchy with the embroidery?

The sleeves are not lined and the itchy part depends on the skin type as they are not loose.

If I weigh 145lb and wear a medium in clothing. What size should I get?

Use the Delisa Size chart and order according to your body measurements. Their size chart shows ready garment measurements. For example if your actual bust measurement is 38 inch. You would order their size Medium which has a 40 inch Bust Size. Their size chart is right on the product page if you scroll through the product pictures.
