I’ve been looking for a decent face scrub for awhile now and I stumbled upon this brand. I have several of Brickell’s products. The quality of the face scrub is great. I enjoy the scent and how it clears my skin and gets it ready for a shave. I shave my head and have been using this pre shave.. I like it quite a bit. I do wish the scrub was a little rougher but that’s only if I’m nitpicking. If you’re a guy and are looking for a pleasant smelling product that doesn’t smell girly, try this one.

This is a great men's scrub, with exfoliating beads. I notice my skin is very soft & moisturized, when using this as the first step in my skincare routine.I really enjoy applying the scrub before shaving my face or head. Not only does the scrub soften the surface of your skin, but it also helps to remove dead skin & sebum.My fiance loves to use as well...she enjoys the scent, efficacy, and how her skin glows and looks renewed after use. So, I’m over 50 and I’ve tried a bunch of facial scrubs over the years, but Brickell Men’s Renewing Face Scrub is a keeper and sets the bar. I usually aim for non-scented everything, but this is the exception; it smells amazing. In fact, I wish Brickell would come out with a bodywash in this scent; I'd snap it up in a second.The real kicker, though, is how my skin looks right after using it. Smooth and clear, pores clean, and extra-ready for a close shave.I also like that the jojoba beads are biodegradable, so I can feel good about not trashing the planet while scrubbing away the day’s grime. When I purchased the samples, I really had no intention of buying any of the products as they were more expensive than what I usually purchase from the pharmacy. The face scrub was one of many Brickell products that made a noticeable difference that I have since gone on to purchase.My first impression was that I loved the scent. The smell is natural and noticeable but not overpowering. I have been dissapointed in the past with exfoliants that were too gritty and left my skin feeling irritated. The Brickell face scrub is strong enough to give your skin a good cleaning but doesn't irritate my sensitive skin. My skin is also very dry and I find that this scrub does not dry my skin out. I use it along with the face moisturizer and my face looks and feels cleaner and healthier.I will be a repeat purchaser of this and many of the other Brickell products.

This is now firmly entrenched in my cabinet.I've used many facial scrubs over the years from Arbonne to Clinique and numerous other brands. All those experiences made me skeptical about whether I needed one or was just fine without one. My extremely positive experiences with the rest of the Brickell line-up nudged me to give their facial scrub a try.What stood out ...• Texture:: the jojoba beads and pumice provided me with a real exfoliation without feeling like I was using sandpaper on my face. I like to consider not only how it feels when I'm actually using but also how my face looks 5 minutes later when testing a new face product. On my first use it was definitely exfoliating and 5 minutes later my face did not "look" like it had just been exfoliated (if you know what I mean).• Scent:: some of these products give off a "cologne" leaning scent which I despise; not this one though, the coffee + green tea approach provides a pleasant if almost energizing scent. I liked it.• (Lack of) Irritation:: I found using this before shaving was a solid recommendation as it did lift the hairs and make shaving smoother.Results ...• After 3 uses my skin looks brighter and feels smoother or cleaner (presumably both)• I have not experienced tightness or dryness after using and before applying other productsIf you prefer natural ingredients, want a real exfoliation without the typical after effects provided some exfoliators, and want some help getting a closer shave (and likely less in-grown hair issues as a result), I recommend you try this.
