I am in need of more energy better sleep and overall better physical health (aren't we all? lol) would you recommend this multivitamin?

I like this supplement. Has a lot in it and doesn't have alfalfa which I am severely allergic to. I can't take elemental selenium either because it caused me to get bronchitis but I can take the form this supplement contains. I was able to cut back on having multiple bottles of multiple things because this has it in it already. I take b12 on the side for extra energy. And I take 5-HTP to help with sleep. It doesn't put you to sleep but it allows your body to relax and helps nerves. I sleep better with 5-htp than without it. I can't take melatonin because I can't wake up if I use that. Sapling is great product but I can't say it helps with energy or sleep either one. But I do feel better and healthier having taken it several months.

Q for manufacturer/seller: Has mint extract/essential oil been added to the bottles recently? My recent order smells sharply of mint even when closed!

I just reordered a bottle and have the same similar scent. I believe it is just the scented desiccants added to keep them fresh. They can have different scents, so it must be something new they just added.

Where's the potassium in these?

The multivitamin is derived from Whole Foods & plant based. Broccoli, spinach, carrots all are high in potassium.
