what sling is included with this lift

You have to select the size and it comes with its own price so not automatically included with the price of the lift. Just a note - just the base of this lift is very heavy - Mom's wheelchair was less than this. If you do buy, use the weight of the box as an indicator. If too heavy, DO NOT OPEN THE BOX.

What are the dimension of the package at arrival?

The box my PL350CT lift came in was approximately 48" Length x 28" Width x 14" Height.
