They spread the buttercream perfectly
The palette knives did the job very well and I had the right sizes for what I needed to do. They washed in the dishwasher very well.

Just right!
Was afraid to order it first as I’m a pastry chef and I had a really good one before I was trying to replace. It looked just right on the video. When arrived I got a little bit nervous, it might be too stiff but then tried all 3 of them and they are just perfect! I definitely recommend it.

Nice sizes but bendy
Lovely sizes & easy to hold, light weight. Unfortunately, they are so flexible, they don't feel sturdy at all when being used to ice a large cake. The metal spatula & plastic handle bend far too much, making for uneven spreading. Don't recommend these.

Excellent product does exactly what it says bit will do and having 3 different sizes is an absolute bonus when cooking.

My last pallete knife broke after a year, these look a lot stronger. They should last me for years

These are a must have for anyone doing cake decorating. To get those nice smooth surfaces on the tops of a cake, these spatulas are amazing. I usually make a vanilla buttercream icing and spread it on with these and a scraper for the sides on the cake. Then I pop it into the freezer for 20 minutes to firm up and spread a final icing layer using these to smooth things out or I put a fondant layer on. Either way... The first buttercream layer binds all of the layers of a cake together and locks up all of the crumbs so when you do your final decoration layer, you don't have to worry about cake bits getting all over. These spatulas have made such a difference to the smooth edges of my cakes... OH! and they are super awesome for picking up icing flowers and other decorations you make from piping or fondant. They slide so easy underneath them and scoop em right up! You get a really nice selection too. The different sizes do come in handy also when you are using multiple colours it is nice having some extra clean ones.
