Bradley SmokerAlder Wood Bisquettes for Grilling & BBQ, 24 Pack

I ordered three packages of different wood "flavors" including Alder, Mequite and Hickory. I like to mix it up a bit when smoking meats and these fill the bill.

Works great for smoking catfish and other meats

This is perfect for smoking fish.

These bisquettes are really great. Bradley smokers are the best ever. when smoking salmon you need to be able to smoke at low temperatures unfortunately the temperature is so low it's nearly impossible to get a good smoke without lighting chip on fire with torch. I use the chips during the last hour of the smoking process when I'm bring the temperature up on the fish which works out well with this system.
