I was a little skeptical of how this would taste when I first opened it. Some of the other varieties don’t have any taste at all, so I was surprised when this one had a strongly spiced scent. The surprise turned out to be quite pleasant though! When mixed with coconut milk, it tasted just like golden milk! It mixes easily and tastes great in coffee, protein shakes, and chia pudding! It also gives me a huge energy and clarity boost! Like… don’t even need the coffee kinda boost! Wow!

Wow! I love this. - This product really balances my mood, subsides my anxiety and unnecessary fight or flight mode, and makes my body feel more relaxed. This first day i took it i felt a liiittle airy/light headed, but my body has adjusted sense. Day 3 and I feel stable, focussed, and more present. - In case this helps anyone...as far as all supplements and medications go, I take B12 (i'm deficient) , this mushroom powder, and sometimes a women's one a day. And I always eat a protein muffin simultaneously. Personally this combo has aided in giving me more energy and calmness.

Has a great taste and provides a fantastic boost that we've added to our supplements. I've observed a noticeable difference in my husband's calmness and reduced stress levels since he started taking it, and it also eliminates my brain fog.

i don't now that it is helping my memory, however, i take it with the hopes that it may. the only good thing about my memory difficulties is that I am not the president. Celebrated 80 on May 10 and questioning if it's a celebration or just a notice, "i am old" anyway, i still mix one teaspoon in my morning tea. It doesn't affect the flavor that I can decern, but you have to factor in the fact that i am old and how can you trust an old man's taste ability? do i even remember how my tea used to taste when i was fifty?

As a long time admirer of the work Paul Stamets has done, I have tried several of his products and have never been disappointed. I’m not a huge fan of turmeric taste but mixed with some OJ it’s not too bad. I didn’t Iike it mixed with my coffee. It’s a great well rounded blend of goodness

I didn't know what I was hoping for when I bought it. I've had been getting extremely forgetful and not able to focus at all. The first time I tried this was in a shake. I could tell the difference from the first day. I was more alert, able to focus to drive again. I will be buying more.
