PPT Heel Lift Cushions, 1/4" Leg Correction, 12 Pack, Large (3" Wide)

This is just enough to provide me with the extra height difference in my legs. My PT recommended. Have not had to replace for 9 months (I thought the foam might squish down) but so far so good.

I used to walk about 5 miles a day. Then one day I started getting pains in my right foot. I could no longer walk. The pains stayed with me for months - no matter how short a walk I took or even just walking around the house. I tried a new pair of walking shoes, and then a different brand. None relived the pains.So, I went to the podiatrist. They x-rayed my foot and did some tests and told me to try this little 1/8th inch cushion in the heal of my right shoe. Eureka! Pain gone instantly. I just needed a little elevation. They gave me two samples and I started using them. I think each lasted about two months before I started getting a hint of the pain again. So, off to Amazon I go and bought these little plates of joy.To the manufacturer, thank you. I can walk without pain again.
